An AI Office Manager that answers your calls and sends your invoices needs your trust first. Here is plainly what we do with your data, what we don't do, and what you stay in control of. Last checked October 18, 2026.
Calls and texts run on your own Twilio or Telnyx account. We never sell or hold phone numbers.
Connections are encrypted in transit, and the tokens for your email, calendar and invoicing are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
We don't sell your data and we don't train AI models on it.
It asks before anything that spends money or can't be undone, and outgoing messages wait in an undo window.
We use a small set of providers, each only to run the service: Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments; we never see full card numbers), Deepgram (speech recognition and voice for calls and the voice AI Office Manager), our database and hosting providers, Netlify (website and app hosting), Google Analytics and Meta (website measurement), and Mautic (email). The full list and your rights are in our privacy policy.
No. We don't sell your information and we don't train AI models on it. One exception to know about: our voice provider, Deepgram, may keep part of call audio and transcripts to improve its speech recognition, as described in our privacy policy.
When you connect email, calendar or invoicing, the access tokens are encrypted before they are stored, using AES-256-GCM. Everything between your phone, our servers and those services travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
You do. Calls and texts run on your own Twilio or Telnyx account. We don't sell or provide numbers, so if you ever leave, the number stays with you.
No. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never receive or store full card numbers. Sign-in is handled by Clerk.
You set the rules in plain words: what needs your OK first, such as prices over a set amount or new customers. It asks before anything that spends money or can't be undone, emails, texts and invoices wait in a short undo window before they go out, and everything it does is logged so you can check its work.
Yes, if they ask, it says plainly that it's an AI Office Manager for your business.
Delete your account in the app under More, Settings, Delete account, or email [email protected]. We delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except records the law requires us to keep, such as billing records.
Not yet. We're a young company and we'd rather say so plainly. The providers we rely on for sign-in and payments (Clerk and Stripe) are SOC 2 and PCI-DSS aligned.

Owners spend about 11 to 16 hours/week on admin, and a lead reached within an hour is nearly 7 times more likely to turn into a real conversation (HBR). Knowing what to do is the easy part; the money leaks out in the calls you can't take, the follow-ups nobody sends and the invoices that sit unpaid. Unmanually is a 24/7 AI Office Manager for your business that you run by voice from your phone:
