We're early, and we'd rather tell you that directly than fabricate results. Here's exactly where we stand.

Where we actually are

We don't have published client case studies yet — we're a new company and haven't completed enough paid engagements to publish real, verifiable results. As soon as we do, with the client's permission, real case studies replace this page. Below is one illustrative example, clearly marked as such, showing the type of outcome this kind of work targets — not a real client.

A local service business automating appointment reminders

The situation: A small service business was manually calling or texting every customer to confirm appointments, and still losing several appointments a week to no-shows.

What changes with automation: Automated reminders (text/email) go out at fixed intervals before an appointment, with no one needing to remember to send them.

The kind of outcome this targets: Fewer no-shows, and the time previously spent manually confirming appointments goes back to serving customers instead. We're intentionally not attaching a specific percentage or dollar figure here, since this example is illustrative, not measured.
