We want to build a real space for SMB owners to compare notes on automating their businesses — but we're waiting until there's a real, engaged group of customers and readers to build it around, rather than launching an empty forum.
A community with no one in it isn't a community — it's a ghost town that actively hurts trust. We'd rather wait until there's a genuine base of customers and engaged readers before opening this, consistent with how we're sequencing everything else on this site: prove real value first, add the social layer once it has people to serve.
Most likely a space for SMB owners to ask questions, share what they've automated, and get feedback — from us and from each other. Exact format (private community platform vs. something simpler) isn't decided yet.
